XENO TIDE The company has tied up for development of a 9 acres gated community near the Airport at Vizag. The project would commence in the third quarter of 2008. A total of 5,00,000 sft is planned, that includes Villas and Apartments along with developed greenery and a state of the art Club House.

XENO MARVEL The Company plans to build Commercial/Residential Towers in 1.5 acres of land it owns in Kokapet (adjacent to the famous Golden Mile auction from HUDA). Next to WIPRO, InfoSys, Microsoft, ISB, Emar Golf in Gachibowli and the most happening Financial District at Nanakram Guda.

XENO PEARL :-The Company plans to build Residential Towers in 3500yds of land in Kondapur, Adjacent to our Gated Community Cyber Meadows. It is adjoining a proposed 100 feet road.
