Commercial and residential construction (using industry best practices and ISO quality standards)

  • Office buildings - located near high growth areas (such as Madhapur in Hyderabad near Hi-tech city), built matching international standards to attract marquee clientele (especially multinational corporations).

  • Residential - gated communities, catering to high end customers who are willing to pay a premium for closed and secure premises.

  • Residential - apartment buildings, for medium to higher income customers, near key growth locations in the city.

Property acquisition
  • Assess development potential and plan for medium term (1-3 yrs) and long term (3-5 yrs) realization of investments, either to resell or engage in our own construction plans.
